What to expect during the “Remodeling Process”:

 

Step 1:  A potential client calls and is interested in a bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, basement remodel or possibly, an addition and will speak with one of our Designers.

 

Step 2:  Our Designer will assist our client in learning more about their initial needs and wants during a question and answer session.  They will then arrange a time for the client to come into the showroom to personally meet and allow them an opportunity to review our vast array of products.

 

Step 3:  The client comes to our showroom and is introduced to their Designer. The customer is educated on some of the main products to be used in their remodel. The Designer sets an appointment with the client to come out to the home and measure for the designing process as a free consultation.

 

Step 4:  The Designer comes out to the client’s home. The client and Designer discuss the wants and needs of the remodeling project.  After some ideas are agreed upon and planned out, the Designer will then measure the room for planning purposes.

 

Step 5:  The Designer draws up plans on the computer and will price out all of the facets of the remodeling project. There may be a few consultations with a client for design inquiries to arrive at a final approved plan.  A formal proposal is submitted to the client within 1-2 weeks.  The proposal will include everything involved with the remodel project, such as, the prices included in the estimate, for instance, electrical, drywall repair, plumbing, cabinets, tile, countertops, fixtures, labor, materials, and permits needed. 

 

Step 6:  The Designer will meet with the client to discuss options in the proposal.  At this time, the client will select the style of cabinets, colors, finishes, wood species, countertop colors, fixtures, doors, windows, or any other selections as needed to complete the final steps. The proposal is revised at this point to reflect any changes made.

 

Step 7:  Lastly, the client will review all aspects of the proposal and if in agreement, accepts the proposal with changes noted and will then make a deposit to begin the work.  The job will be scheduled 8-10 weeks out from the date that the client has accepted the final proposal, however, some smaller jobs maybe scheduled sooner.
