I am writing this letter in appreciation of the excellent services you provide us in installing our basement bathroom. My wife and I have enjoyed the whirlpool very much and did not realize what we were missing by not having one for 5 years. The bathroom was the last project we needed to accomplish to complete the home and I can honestly say Affordable Plumbing was one of the easiest companies to work with in completing the last phase of our home.
There were several things you did which mad the project go smoothly. First, the flexibility you had in making appointments for estimates and work. This meant so much to me and my wife because of our busy schedules. Secondly, your staff was easy to work with. They always returned calls promptly, they listen to what you said and they were very courteous. Lastly, the workmanship and work ethics of the staff were great. They always left the work area clean, were careful around our personal belongings, and were meticulous in their work.
