Why do you put concrete under showers and tubs?
There seems to be no such thing as a level floor. We put concrete under them to keep even pressure on the floor of the tub or shower to prevent the base from cracking. This also helps shower doors fit better and the tub or shower unit look more appealing to the eye.

How long does it take to get product when it is not in stock?
When product is ordered it can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks

How long does it take to do a job?
There is not a set time to complete a remodeling project. Each job can differ with completion times. It really depends on several things. Such as faulty products, weather conditions, faulty previous hidden construction, termite damage, customer changes and upgrades.

What makes your product different than the home improvement centers?
Our product is different because:
- The products that we sell are not available in home centers and are all of better quality
- The faucet lines we carry are made with ceramic valves and solid brass construction. They feature lifetime warranties on the construction and finish and no drip technology.
- Our stools all have large trap ways and superior flushing mechanisms. They are all tested by us before we sell them.
- The tubs, air tubs and tub and shower units are made with thick acrylic quality.
- We sell only fine china for our stools, tubs, pedestals and sinks.
- We back the warranties. You don't have to take your product back to a home center to exchange it for working product. We take care of everything for you.

Do you charge for estimates? Why ?
We do not charge for estimates if it is a remodeling job over $1000.00
We charge $37.80 for a diagnosis under $1000.00.
If you do have us do the work quoted we will waive the $37.80.
We charge $37.80 for diagnosis to cover our overhead such as employee wages, vehicles, gas, etc.

Is your company insured?
Yes, our company is fully insured.

Are your plumbers licensed?
Yes, all of our plumbers have to be licensed with the city. Our plumbers go through a four year school that requires classroom education, on the job training and significant testing.

Do you finance for jobs?
We do not finance through our company, however we will work with lenders of your choice.

Do you have carpenters on staff?
Yes we are staffed with our own carpenters.

Do we have to get our own plumbers, electricians, carpenters, tile setters, sheet rockers and etc.?
No. We do everything in house, with one stop shopping.

Do we have full control of what we want in our remodel?
Yes. You work with our design team to accomplish what you want. Our experts know the codes and structural integrity of what can or can not be done under normal conditions.

Do you do special needs remodeling?
Yes, We work with clients and the State of Iowa for special needs projects. We design the space to fit your needs.

Can I, the homeowner do some of the project to save money?
Yes as long as it does not interfere with the codes. We are obligated to be particular because our name is associated with your remodeling job and want it to look nice for you and performed to code.
